Bird- Queen of Clubs ACEO by =sesfitts. An almost simple, almost abstract, anthro in this piece; I love the way the simplicity contrasts with the detailed patterns on the Queen's clothing. (Featured by ^Pixel-Spotlight)

Can't really believe I missed you getting a DD for this - must be slacking of on checking out my Daily Deviations page :)

But I totally propose that you get a DD every 3 months.
Although, I admit, for that we must either suggest them to various GMs, or you somehow need to impress ^snowmask off her chair :) - she doesn't like to feature the same artist twice unless their style evolved far beyond the original excellence...
So perhaps this metamorphosis of yours has come at a good time for that :D

You are too kind! By the way, I miss DD's sometimes too.

Good to know! :D Maybe I am just fortunate or I am evolving.

After staring at it for a long time... I finally got it!(I'm so proud ;p) :D It's so much easier to see on a thumbnail o.o

Hehe, you should add everything you explained here in comments in your artist's comments, it would save lots of your time :D

Congrats btw :)

It is easier to see in the thumbnail. Yes, I should add all the replies into the artist comments.
Many thanks! :)

I'm sitting at the auto dealership with time on my hands so I went through the comment string on this piece. And here is my conclusion: You are one patient guy, Sesfitts!
:iconsesfitts:
I am glad you think so! I had a moment to think how I wanted to reply to this comment.

When I first saw this as a DD, I was a bit confused...it was hard to tell what you had painted and what was the original artwork! But after looking at the rest of your gallery and seeing the artistic language that you've created and employed in the rest of your bird pieces, it makes so much more sense! The simplicity and beauty of it is gentle and whimsical. :) And I'd much rather see this getting a DD than those stupid bleeding mascara zombie photos that everyone seems to be infatuated with these days...
Are you considering altering an entire deck of 52 in this fashion?
:iconsesfitts:
I was hoping others would look at my gallery simply out of curiosity from the DD.
I am considering a whole deck but I will have to work on it between commissions and other work.

Thank you very much!
