When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

This is part of a series I am working on where the artwork can be set side by side and it should look like a long continuous work. Like a diptych but touching and of course involving more artwork. S. your work is lovely -- it doesnt matter if you dont get it, its art for arts sake! have a look at my gallery [link] Oh wow! This is so alluring! As soon as I saw this, I had to click! ^_^ The vivid blue mixed with the grey is gorgeous, and all those little details like the dragonfly make me want to stare at it forever.
I wish very much to be able to touch this. In my mind I'm offered the illusion that the blue would spread from my fingertips right to the core of my heart

Your use of intense colors (phtalo blue?) makes an impact in the viewer, yet your mix with sober grays gives more depth to the piece and to the concept itself.
The composition is outstanding, my only suggestion would be maybe to make the main figure (the vase) less solid, since it already has attention supported with the blue shade and its situation and size. You may have already tried this so I don´t know if this suggestion is valid
All in all, congratulations for this is an amazing work!
