Another for the series. A friend of my wife & I requested a blue balloon... I like it but I can be easily influenced sometimes :laughing: !

Oh I love it! Interesting stokes you have over the image. I really like the blue color, and the song I'm listening to suits this image perfectly!

Oh you oughta teach me how to paint and draw clouds...I still haven't even tried...I've done a bit of watercolor...but not acrylics:blush:

The clouds make this. I getting the feeling I'm in a land of mist and shadow, in which the sun hardly ever shines unless it is through gaps in the clouds, and whoever is on this boat is seeing one of these rare rays of light beginning to break through.

It just amazes me how well you can make the clouds look so real! I feel like if i reached out to touch them, I'd feel a cotton ball. YOU'RE LIKE, UBER AWESOME, MAN!

Sì, la signora! I used Utrecht's thick gesso emulsion. I have thinned it down like the normal loose gesso I find almost everywhere but prefer it thick for this purpose.

That's a pretty good interpretation of it! I am thinking of other "landscapes" for the journey to continue through.
